Description

Vermentino Velarino is inspired by the large curtain that since ancient Rome has separated the stage from the audience and creates a sense of expectation that results in the full appreciation of the show, just as happens to those who choose and uncork these wines.

Vermentino grapes are softly pressed and fermented for 15-20 days in thermo-regulated steel vats. The wine is then stored at 18-20 ° C always in steel until it is bottled.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose reveals aromas of peach, apricot and apple. The sip is fresh, with a well-balanced acidity.
