Raboso Fiore is a unique sparkling wine that comes from the Paladin company in the Veneto region.
Obtained solely from Raboso grapes, this special selection is distinguished by the exaltation of the fruit, through a superior structure and a unique freshness.
Raboso Fiore has a ruby red color with violet hues, well accompanied by an inviting bright pink foam. The nose is fragrant, with flavors of field violet and morello cherries. In the mouth it is lively and with a long fruity persistence. Savory and dry, it becomes irresistible thanks to a delicate tannins that cleanses the palate.
Excellent with delicious snacks, it goes very well with grilled meat and roasts. This sparkling wine should be served chilled in large glasses to fully appreciate it.
