Description
The Queen of the Sea of the Forte Brewery represents the flagship of the Pietrasanta company. With its power combined with a fascinating enveloping, this beer resumes the Belgian tradition of Strong Ale.
It has a brown color, between dark amber and coppery. The nose offers an intense aroma that immediately leads back to candied and caramelized fruit, with a light spicy note of background. Intoxicated in the mouth and it fascinates with its soft sweetness, with hints of dried fruit it is a very pleasant citrus.
This brunette best accompanies aged cheeses. It also proves to be a good companion for fruit desserts and dry pastries.
