Description
This Riesling Kabinett by Robert Weil originates from the areas surrounding the prestigious Kiedrich Gräfenberg vineyard.
The vinification takes place according to principles of delicacy and care at each stage of the process. The fermentation started by indigenous yeasts takes place under strict temperature control.
It presents itself at the sight of a beautiful straw yellow. A beautiful range of exotic fruit and citrus fruits emerges on the nose, among which greedy hints of mandarin stand out. In the mouth it reveals itself sober and elegant, of great freshness.
Ideal to be tasted alone, served fresh, or in combination with distinctly aromatic or spicy dishes.
