Description

Rhum Blanc Agricole Cuvée de la Montagne de Depaz is made in the company distillery located at the foot of the Pelée mountain, on the Caribbean island of Martinique, known worldwide for the production of high quality rum obtained exclusively from cane juice. sugar. Obtained by slow and controlled fermentation, this rum ages for 3 months before being marketed.

Rhum Blanc Agricole Cuvée de la Montagne di Depaz is crystalline white in color. The nose opens with a complex bouquet, in which the fruity hints intertwine perfectly with the floral ones, supported by a beautiful minerality. On the palate it is lively, intense and soft, with delicate notes of honey and sugar cane, evolving towards the orange, banana and warm spicy notes.
