Description
Ferrador is a white wine from the Ourense region, in Galicia. It is made from Treixadura and Torrontés grapes.
The winemaking process involves fermentation at a controlled temperature between 15°C and 18°C for approximately 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine is aged on the yeasts for 2 months. The grapes come from young vineyards planted on clay-loam soils, cultivated with espalier.
The wine has a straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers very intense fruity sensations of green apple and pineapple. On the palate, it is broad and fresh, with a pleasant finish of sweet fruit, making the wine sweet and easy to enjoy.
Ferrador is ideal to pair with grilled fish or seafood dishes.
