Description

The Finca Resalso by Emilio Moro is the pure Tempranillo that takes its name from a historic vineyard from 1932, the year of Emilio Moro's birth.

Considered the most representative wine of the family tradition, after arriving in the cellar, the grapes macerate for 12 days while after fermentation the malolactic fermentation is started for 30 days in steel containers. The wine is then aged in steel containers.

Ruby red color with purple reflections, it is an immediate and direct wine that reveals its spontaneity to the nose with hints of black fruits such as blueberry, currant and cassis. With a good structure, it has soft tannins and balanced acidity for a finish of medium persistence.

Very interesting wine for aperitifs based on cheeses, cured meats and croutons, it goes well with risotto with mushrooms and sausages or pasta with pumpkin.
