Description
Alex What is part of the The Big Question About Wine line, launched by the new Spanish company Vinto, has entered the world wine market. This wine comes from vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in the heart of the autonomous region of Rioja.
It is produced exclusively with Tempranillo grapes, meticulously harvested by hand, in the month of October. After fermentation, the wine ages for 3-4 months in new oak barrels, then continues aging in glass.
Vinto 's Alex What has a ruby red color with subtle purple reflections. The nose opens with pleasant hints of plum, cherry and strawberry, enriched with mineral notes. On the palate it proves a pleasant and easy to drink wine, with smooth tannins and a rather light body.
Ideal with meats and medium-aged cheeses, this wine goes well with grilled meats. Special with Spanish cold cuts such as Patanegra or Serrano.
