Description
Eva Where Rosè is part of the The Big Question About Wine line, launched by the new Spanish company Vinto in the main wine markets. This wine comes from vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in the heart of the autonomous region of Rioja.
It is produced with Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, harvested in October. After maceration, carried out at a temperature of 10 ° C for 24-48 hours, the must ferments for 20 days between 10 and 12 ° C. A short aging in glass follows, where the wine finds its perfect stability.
Eva Where Rosè by Vinto has a pale salmon color. The nose opens with evident hints of red fruit and banana, enriched with floral notes. On the palate it is velvety and pleasant, with refreshing acidity and a pleasantly persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany the aperitif or entrée moment, this wine also goes very well with dishes based on vegetables or fresh cheeses.
