Description

Vermentino Riviera Ligure di Ponente is produced by the Bruna winery and was born in vineyards located in the fabulous Arroscia Valley, between the provinces of Imperia and Savona, in the heart of Western Liguria.

It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested only by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. The vinification of the grapes takes place in steel, with a subsequent refinement on the fine lees.

The wine is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a bouquet of citrus aromas and herbs from the Mediterranean scrub. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a discreet persistence.

Perfect to accompany fish-based first courses, it is ideal in combination with raw fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
