Description

Roccanivo is a grappa obtained from Barbera pomace, selected by Berta's careful supervision by the best producers in the typical production areas. It is distilled with a discontinuous distillation system and in copper steam boilers, while it ages in different woods.

Amber in color with warm reflections and veins, its scent is complex, delicate and pleasantly welcoming, with great character. On the palate it is a dance of flavors, including notes of morello cherry, small berries, chocolate and vanilla.

It is recommended to taste it smooth at the end of a meal.
