Description
Roero Arneis Galatea comes from the Piedmont vineyards of the Baracco de Baracho company.
Produced with Arneis grapes, a characteristic grape of the Piedmont area of Roero, it is a wine characterized by a straw yellow color, with slightly amber reflections. The nose has a pleasant hint of yellow flowers, enriched by notes that bring to mind the scent of bread crust. The taste is dry and slightly bitter.
Ideal in combination with aperitifs and appetizers, it is excellent to serve accompanied with first courses, shellfish and fish.
