Description

Rum Extra Viejo from Brugal is made in Santo Domingo, in the heart of the Dominican Republic. Following the distillation process, this fine rum ages for more than 8 years in carefully selected American oak barrels.

Rum Extra Viejo from Brugal has a dark, bright and transparent amber color. The nose has warm aromas of wood and almonds, enriched with hints of cocoa, vanilla, orange peel, caramel and molasses. In the mouth it is elegant and spicy, with notes of vanilla, cocoa and honey, followed by a persistent aftertaste with a slight peppery touch.

Perfect to serve with ice, it is ideal for preparing ginger cocktails.
