Description
The Rosé d'Anjou is a rosé wine produced in France by Trésors de Loire using Grolleau grapes predominantly grown in the Loire Valley region, specifically in Anjou-Saumur. This wine represents one of the freshest and most fruity expressions of the denomination.
Vinification takes place in low-temperature steel tanks to preserve primary aromas and achieve a soft and fragrant taste profile. The brief contact with the skins gives the characteristic rosé color and enriches the wine's structure.
It presents a bright raspberry red color and intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and red currant. On the palate, it stands out for its balance between a mild sweetness and refreshing freshness, making it particularly enjoyable.
Perfect with cold summer dishes, fruit salads, or berry tarts.
