Description
Rosso Mosso di Joyful is made from ancient vines of south-eastern Sicily, which benefit from sunny conditions and a soil rich in sand, clay and limestone tuffs. Fermentation takes place, with permanence on the skins, in small steel containers at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C. The wine is then always left in steel to slowly ferment at low temperature.
It is a deep red wine with a lively color. On the nose aromas of strawberry and raspberry emerge, surrounded by floral notes of iris and violet. On the palate it is clear and slender, with soft tannins and a very well balanced finish.
Excellent to serve cold as an aperitif or in combination with cheeses, cold cuts, it can accompany with versatility a tray of pizzas as much as a fillet of veal or tuna, or soups.
