The Fiano di Notte Rossa comes to life from the hills north of the province of Taranto, characterized by a good temperature range between day and night.
Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes with subsequent cold static decantation to allow natural cleaning. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at 16°C. Refinement in steel
Straw yellow, nose rich in fragrant floral notes combined with hints of fresh exotic fruit. On the palate it envelops with a decisive softness supported by a harmonious flavor and a good acidity
