Description
Sant'Ambroeus was born inside the famous Lambrate Brewery. The name refers to the patron saint of Milan, Sant'Ambrogio, "Sant'Ambroeus" in dialect, elected Bishop of Milan in 334.
This Golden Ale presents a very beautiful loaded blond. The nose offers intriguing hints of citrus, yellow fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it shows a beautiful fruity component, where a delicate bitterish hops is added to the barley malt cake.
Excellent with pizza and appetizers, it can also go very well with fresh and sliced cheeses. It finds its perfection if sipped in moments of meditation.
