Description

Schloss Johannisberg Riesling Kabinett Trocken Rotlack is produced in the historic vineyards of the abbey, located in the German region of Hesse, famous for its fine production of white wines.

It is produced with pure Riesling grapes, harvested and selected manually, in an area capable of giving great prestige and character to its wines.

This Riesling is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with a refined and delicate aromatic bouquet, enriched with clotted and fruity hints. On the palate it is delicate, light, balanced, pleasantly soft and mineral.

Perfect to be served during light aperitifs based on fish and vegetables, it is ideal in combination with mixed fried fish and aromatic herb fish fillets.
