Description

Azisa means "splendid" in Sicilian, an adjective intended to describe the character of this product. The wine is produced within the Zisola estate, a Sicilian company owned by the Mazzei family located in Noto, in the province of Syracuse.

Made from 100% Grillo grapes, carefully selected and hand-harvested at the end of August, this white wine ferments at low temperatures (15°C), then spends a brief period maturing between steel and glass, where it stabilizes its own organoleptic properties.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a bouquet reminiscent of fresh floral and citrus notes, with pleasant mineral undertones. On the palate, it proves to be savory with excellent acidity.

Ideal with light appetizers and grilled vegetables, it pairs perfectly with fish-based first courses such as pasta with sardines.
