Description

This Sicilian white wine is produced by the Pietre di Luna winery located in Calatafimi, in the province of Trapani.

It consists exclusively of Catarratto grapes, one of the native white grapes of the region. Once in the cellar, the grapes are traditionally vinified in white, without malolactic fermentation. The refinement takes place in steel tanks and in the bottle.

Straw-yellow in colour, the nose is struck by pleasant aromas of ripe white and yellow fruit with notes of citrus and aromatic herbs. The sip is fresh and quite sapid, of medium structure and discreet persistence.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is excellent in combination with light seafood cuisine.
