Description

The Nero d'Avola Tané di Valle dell'Acate Sicily comes from vineyards located in the Ragusa area of Acate, in the heart of Eastern Sicily.

It is produced with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After traditional red vinification, the wine ages for 10-12 months in new French oak barriques and in bottle for another 12-14 months.

Tanè di Valle dell'Acate has a deep garnet red color. The nose opens with a large and complex bouquet, with hints of small ripe black fruits, enriched with pleasant notes of vanilla, spices, chocolate and mahogany. On the palate it is full-bodied, with soft tannins and a pleasantly long and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany roasts and red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
