Description

What type of wine is it

Sartori's Soave Classico Vintage Edition is a white wine made from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. The union of these two native Venetian varieties yields a refined, well-balanced white, crafted to showcase finesse rather than power.

Where it comes from

The grapes come from vineyards in the Classico zone, on the hills northeast of Verona, an area historically suited to the cultivation of Garganega. The wine bears the signature of Sartori.

How it is made

The grapes are gently pressed and the must undergoes fermentation at a controlled temperature, a measure that preserves the finesse and aromatic characteristics of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave.

Tasting notes

It shows a straw-yellow color. The bouquet is fine, delicately sweet and slightly floral and fruity, enriched by hints of citrus. On the palate it is round, harmonious and of medium length, with a characteristic almond aftertaste.

Food pairings

It pairs pleasantly with appetizers and delicate first courses, particularly fish-based preparations.

When to serve it

Its aromatic finesse makes it ideal as an aperitif or to open a fish-based meal. It is best served at around 8-10°C to highlight its freshness and aromas.
