Soave DOC Colli Scaligeri Castelcerino 2016 Filippi

The Soave Colli Scaligeri Castelcerino was born in vineyards located in Castelcerino, in the heart of the extraordinary terroir of Soave.

It is produced exclusively with Garganega grapes, selected with extreme care and attention. The vinification takes place in white at controlled temperature. The wine ages in contact with the fermenting yeasts for a few months and is then decanted naturally, without filtration.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a fine and floral bouquet, enriched with pleasant almond notes. On the palate it is dry and pleasantly sapid, with a good structure and persistence.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish, shellfish and white meat dishes.
