Mionetto's 0.0% Alcohol Free from the Prestige line is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine designed to offer all the freshness and pleasure of Mionetto's famous style, but in an alcohol-free version. It is created to accompany convivial moments and festive occasions, maintaining lightness and sophistication. This product reflects the company's attention to new consumer needs without sacrificing elegance.

The production involves a careful dealcoholization process aimed at preserving the natural aromas of the wine. The base is composed of de-alcoholized wine (90%) enriched with rectified concentrated grape must, carbon dioxide, and natural flavors, complemented by preservatives such as potassium sorbate and sulfur dioxide, to maintain freshness and integrity.

It has a light straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory profile is fine and delicate, with hints of ripe fruit, citrus, and green apple. On the palate, it is fruity, refreshing, and pleasantly sweet, offering a balanced and harmonious sensation that makes it easy to drink.
