Vino Spumante di Qualità Brut Rosé Metodo Classico Unique Medici Ermete

The Sparkling Brut Rosé Unique Classic Method of Medici Ermete is located in the vineyards of Tenuta La Rampata, located along the valley of the Enza river, in the province of Reggio Emilia.

It is the result of only Lambrusco Marani grapes, which are harvested by hand. After traditional vinification in rosé, the product referments according to the Classic Method in the bottle with aging on the lees for 30 months.

At the sight it stands out a pink color tending to orange and a particularly minute and creamy foam. On the nose, the Unique is characterized by an elegant bouquet in which delicate hints of fruit are recognized. The taste is dry and harmonious, characterized by a remarkable freshness.

Ideal sparkling wine to be served in the company of cured meats and cheeses, it is perfect together with battered vegetables and fried fish.
