Ștefan Vodă IGT Fetească Albă 2021 Salcuta

This white wine from the Salcuta winery is born in the Ștefan Vodă wine area, Căușeni region, in the south-east of Moldova.

The wine is made from the native grape Fetească Albă, a vine that is found only in this country. Once in the cellar, the grapes are fermented in thermo-regulated steel tanks.

In the glass, the wine appears straw yellow in colour. The nose reveals floral aromas of acacia, as well as ripe white fruit and a delicate citrus note. The sip is fresh and delicate, with a pleasant fruity finish.

Excellent as an accompaniment to light appetizers, pasta and rice salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.
