Stellenbosch WO Cabernet Sauvignon Classico 2015 Dalla Cia

Dalla Cia's Classic takes root in the South African land of Stellenbosch, but draws on the all-Italian soul of its founder, Giorgio Dalla Cia. The skilled winemaker brought his expertise and originality to sunny South Africa, placing them in the reality of the local wine-growing and producing sector.

Classico is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grape. They are selected, harvested and sent to vinification. Once the malolactic fermentation is over, the wine ages in French oak barrels, 70% new and 30% second passage, for a period of 18 months.

From the ruby red glass, notes of blueberry, cherry, spices and cedar wood stand out. The body is structured and the sip is soft, with the counterpoint of a vivid freshness to confer a stroke of distinct elegance.
