Description

The Stump Jump Chardonnay from D'Arenberg winery is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes in McLaren Vale in South Australia.

After harvesting, the vinification begins with a soft pressing and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and is followed by a short maturation in oak barrels before bottling.

Of a beautiful straw yellow color, it has notes of mango, nectarine, melon and touches of lemon on the nose. On the palate it is finished by the moderate use of wood which makes it creamy and harmonious, medium-bodied and velvety. The references to exotic fruits are back and, thanks to the acidity, it can be consumed within 5 years.

Perfect for white meats, vegetarian lasagna and lake fish accompanied by mayonnaise.
