Description

The Gewürztraminer Gries of the Cantina di Bolzano is made from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested between the second half of September and the first half of October. A careful selection of the grapes is subjected to a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel barrels at controlled temperatures, after which the wine ages in the same containers until bottling.

Light yellow wine, it is aromatic on the nose, in which characteristic notes of rose and cinnamon are distinguished. On the palate it is full and harmonious, with good freshness.

Suitable in the company of shellfish, goose liver and traditional Asian dishes, it is perfect with blue cheeses such as gorgonzola and seasoned roquefort.
