Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Müller Thurgau Graun 2018 Cortaccia

The Alto Adige Müller Thurgau Graun by Kurtatsch Cortaccia is born in vineyards located in Corona, in the hilly area of Cortaccia, on the Wine Route.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine is refined in the same containers before being bottled.

It is characterized by a light straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of apricot, white peach and summer apple, enriched by pleasant memories of alpine herbs, pears and yellow plums. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity, slightly sweet and with an extraordinary mineral finesse.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with dishes based on fish and seafood.
