Description

Hofstätter's Alto Adige Pinot Noir Meczan stands on the gentle hills of Mazzon, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After a partial destemming, the fermentation takes place in cask for about 10 days, in which the must remains in direct contact with the skins.

Hofstätter Pinot Noir Meczan is characterized by an intense ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose opens with exuberant notes of small berries and cherry. On the palate it results from a rich and soft taste, fine and balanced.

Perfect to accompany noble poultry and roasts, it goes very well with first courses with meat sauce.
