Description

The Superior IPA from the Zago brewery

Superior IPA is an amber beer from the Zago brewery, founded in 1978. The brewery produces unpasteurized and unfiltered craft beers. The label is dedicated to the Castello district, the largest in the city of Venice. Its symbolic places include the Arsenale, the church of San Giovanni in Bragora and Palazzo Grimani.

How is Superior IPA made?

This is a top-fermented amber Indian Pale Ale, with natural refermentation in the bottle.

Eyes, nose and taste

Superior IPA is a complex and contemplative beer, characterized by a vegetal and floral bouquet (peony, bergamot and linden) derived from the hops used. Its taste is fresh and delicate, characterized by bitter notes.

What do you pair Superior IPA with?

It pairs excellently with tasty and spicy dishes, both meat and fish, such as bruschetta with anchovies, cod or game.
