Description
Tequila Organic Blanco Uno di 123 is obtained from agave from the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico, grown exclusively organically and harvested entirely by hand, once it reaches full maturity. The agave is cooked in stone ovens and pressed, to release the juice which will undergo spontaneous fermentation and distillation in small batches.
Clear and clear in color, Tequila Blanco Uno di 123 opens to the nose with delicate aromas of lily and honeysuckle, enriched with notes of agave, ripe peach, watermelon and fresh grass. In the mouth it expresses an earthy character, accompanied by pleasant hints of citrus and black pepper.
Excellent to sip on its own, this tequila is ideal for preparing cocktails.
