Description
Terre Aquilane Pecorino Giulia by Cataldi Madonna was born in the vineyards located in the municipalities of Cona, Frontone and Macerone.
It is produced exclusively with Pecorino grapes, which undergo a cryomaceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature in contact with the lees.
Giulia di Cataldi Madonna is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with exuberant aromas of passion fruit and grapefruit. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a full and clean body.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with raw fish and shellfish dishes.
