Description

The Terre di Pisa Rosso Nambrot of Tenute di Ghizzano was born in vineyards located in Ghizzano, in the municipality of Peccioli, in the heart of Tuscany.

It is produced 70% with Merlot grapes, 20% with Cabernet Franc grapes and 10% with Petit Verdot grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in barriques at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 18 months, before being bottled.

Nambrot is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant aromas of berries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of vanilla, anise and chocolate. On the palate it is soft and pleasantly fresh, with a great personality and persistence.

Perfect to accompany dishes with meat sauce and roasts, it is ideal in combination with game and stewed meats.
