Description
Terre Siciliane Grillo Carolina Marengo for Kisa of Feudi del Pisciotto was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Niscemi, in the province of Caltanissetta.
It is produced exclusively with Grillo grapes, harvested entirely by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 8 months in new and second passage barriques, and for further 8 months in glass, before being marketed.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a rich and intense bouquet, with hints of apple and pear. On the palate it is dry and warm, rightly tannic, with a pleasant citric scent in the finish.
Perfect to accompany medium-aged cheeses, it is ideal in combination with sliced fish such as tuna and swordfish.
