Description
The Appassimento Aprimondo red wine was born on the low Sicilian hills.
The 100% Nero d'Avola grapes are dried in the fruit cellar for a few weeks. The vinification takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks.
Ruby red in color with violet reflections, it expresses aromas of wild berries and balsamic hints on the nose. The sip is consistent, with a pleasant finish.
Excellent with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
