Description
The Terre Siciliane Zibibbo Grotta dell'Oro di Hibiscus originates from terraced vineyards located on the hills of Ustica, in the province of Palermo.
It is produced only with Zibibbo grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Vinification takes place traditionally at controlled temperature with aging in steel.
The Grotta dell'Oro di Hibiscus has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose releases hints of citrus, followed by notes of orange blossom, rose and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is full and sapid, pleasantly soft.
Excellent for aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fries, fish and vegetable couscous.
