Description

This curaçao is obtained from sun dried peel of bitter orange Laraha, found only on the Caribbean island of the same name.

It shows a characteristic cobalt blue. The nose releases a pleasantly citrusy bouquet which surrounds hints of sweetness. The taste is full-bodied, delicate and satisfying.

By virtue of its color and typical taste, this Curaçao Blu is often used instead of the Triple Sec in the preparation of cocktails and long drinks such as Blue Margarita, Blue Lagon and Blue Hawaii.
