Description

The Torfa Richly Peated scotch whiskey of the Glenglassaugh distillery was born in Sandend bay, in a position on the border between Speyside and the Highlands that together with the proximity to the sea influence the personality of the distillate. It combines a peaty soul with the flavor that recalls areas like Island or Islay.

It presents itself to the eye with a golden yellow color. The nose is dominated by a vivid perfume in which saline notes blend with hints of lime zest. On the palate it is peaty and enveloping, with aromas of melon peel, pineapple, apple and oatmeal cookies.

Ideal to be tasted straight or with the addition of a few drops of water to enhance the aromatic component.
