Description
Telmo Rodriguez's Dehesa Gago is a wine that faithfully reflects the characteristics of the Toro terroir, one of the most continental denominations in Europe.
Made exclusively with Tinta de Toro grapes, it is the result of manual harvesting in boxes. Fermentation takes place solely with indigenous yeasts. Followed by refinement in steel for a period of 6 months.
This wine has an intense ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of cherry, blackberry and violet emerge. On the palate it proves to be an easy-drinking, lively and enjoyable wine.
The ideal pairings for this red wine include red meats and mature cheeses.
