Description
The Toscana Syrah di Arpa was born in vineyards located on the hills of the Valdarno Aretino, in Tuscany.
It is produced with 100% Syrah grapes, harvested and selected manually, destemmed, crushed, then fermented for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C. The maceration lasts for about 15 days, then the wine is placed in steel basques where it rests until bottling.
This Toscana Syrah has an intense ruby red color enriched with purple reflections. The nose opens with vinous, concentrated aromas, including notes of black berry fruits enriched with spicy nuances and floral memories. In the mouth it is rich and full-bodied, with very well blended tannins. Overall it is a fresh wine, with a remarkable persistence.
Thanks to its characteristics, it is perfect to accompany mixed cold cuts, cold cuts and cheeses, both fresh and seasoned.
