Description

The Rosso Rosso Quadratorosso by Oliviero Toscani was born in vineyards located on the hills of Casale Marittimo, an enchanting village between Volterra and Bolgheri.

It is produced with Syrah, Teroldego and Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot grapes. Fermentation and maceration take place for 20 days, after which the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for about 8 months, before being bottled.

The Quadratorosso is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of fresh berries, enriched with pleasant spicy and floral notes. On the palate it is pleasantly intense, balanced and persistent, with an elegant structure.

Perfect to accompany red meats and white meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts.
