Description
The Toscana Sauvignon Blanc Gemella di Bindella - Terre di Vallocaia is born in vineyards located on the hills around Montepulciano.
It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, pressed and fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 12-14 ° C. In wine it then ages in steel vats until bottling.
Characterized by a straw yellow color, the Gemella has a fresh and intense bouquet, in which notes of passion fruit, pineapple and lychee and pleasant nuances of citrus, currant, broom and goose rose stand out. On the palate it is structured, fruity and with a long persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with appetizers, fish and seafood dishes.
