Toscana IGT Rosso Manero 2013 Tenute del Cerro

The Toscana Rosso Manero delle Tenute del Cerro is born in vineyards located in the heart of Montepulciano, a territory known for the production of fine wines. Tenute del Cerro wines, thanks to their unique characteristics, are among the most appreciated Italian excellences.

It is produced 80% with Sangiovese grapes and 20% with Merlot grapes. The wine ages in barriques for 7 months, and for further 8 months in stainless steel tanks.

Manero is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a large bouquet, with elegant aromas of blackberry, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is soft and pleasantly round, with an important structure and a long persistence.

Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
