Description
The Toscana Rosso Pratale di Coli was born in vineyards located in the Fattoria Pratale, in the heart of the municipality of Tavernelle Val di Pesa.
It is produced 50% with Sangiovese grapes and 50% with Merlot grapes. The vinification processes take place through practices designed to confer the maximum yield of the grapes, while keeping the peculiar characteristics of the wine intact.
It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with a wine and soft bouquet, with pleasant hints of red fruits. On the palate it is dry, sincere and with a pleasant persistence and a bitter aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, cold cuts and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with first courses, red meats and aged cheeses.
