Description

The Toscana Rosso Vigorello di San Felice was born in vineyards located in Casino, San Vito Leccio and San Vito Capanna in the estates of the Agricola San Felice.

It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes, harvested between the first week of September and the first week of October, depending on the type. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C for about 20-25 days. Subsequently the wine ages for about 24 months in barrique and for further 8 months in bottle.

It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of marasca, blackberries and raspberries in jam, enriched with pleasant aromas of tobacco and spices. On the palate it is soft, full and very harmonious.

Perfect to accompany roasts and grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
