Description
The glass is produced by Cantina Canaio, a Tuscan company located in the Cortona area and founded in 2012.
It is made up of only Syrah grapes. The vinification takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks for 15 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 18 months.
Ruby red in color with purple hues, it is expressed with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry and hints of black pepper, liquorice and tobacco. The sip is fresh and dynamic, with balanced tannins and good persistence.
Excellent with tagliatelle with meat sauce and stewed meats.
