Toscana IGT Vermentino L'Airone 2023 Podere Guado al Melo

The Toscana Vermentino L'Airone del Podere Guado al Melo was born in the renowned hilly area of Bolgheri, in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci.

It is produced entirely from Vermentino grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After a soft pressing of the bunch, the must is cleaned in a natural way, leaving the cloudiness to settle in the cool for a whole night. This wine is vinified without any correction or addition. Remains for approximately 3 months in steel on the fine lees.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with a rich and intense bouquet of white pulp fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly savory and elegant.

This is a pleasant and perfect wine to drink on any occasion. It is ideal to accompany fish starters or salmon tagliatelle, it is excellent to serve with grilled fish fillets with fresh seasonal vegetables.
