Description

The Trentino Marzemino of the Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona collection comes from vineyards located in Vallagarina, in a particularly suitable area of Trentino.

It is produced entirely with Marzemino grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration on the skins, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26 ° C.

The Marzemino Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona has a ruby red color with a purple nail. The nose opens with fragrant aromas of red berry fruit that mix with vegetal, violet and almond notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied and harmonious, with soft tannins.

Ideal with mushroom dishes, this red wine is perfect in combination with lasagna, white meats and aged cheeses.
